Welcome to the mission briefing.

A nasty little bug that can give you a bad temperature,

bad coughs and bad sneezes.

It can spread easily.

But you can fight it.

And your mission is to help protect yourself, your friends and your family.

To help stop flu, remember, catch it, bin it and kill it.

CATCH IT! BIN IT! KILL IT!

Catch coughs and sneezes with a tissue.

Bin the tissue.

Kill it by washing your hands.

And now there's a way to turn your whole body into a flu-fighting machine.

The new nasal flu spray helps your body learn to defend itself,

meaning you can fight flu for a whole year.

Now for the armour.

There are no needles, just a quick squirt and tickle up each nostril.

Watch out, your eyes and nose may be watery for a few seconds.
