Our home care service is entirely bespoke - we consider our customers' needs and what they would like to achieve from our assistance, and then work with them to deliver the right level of support.
We provide assistance with personal care, such as getting up or going to bed, bathing, shaving, dressing and medication. We also help with a wide range of other activities, including cooking and cleaning, escorting to medical appointments, social outings, food shopping and general companionship.
Our customers include people paying for their own care, people funded by their local authority, people who have personal budgets (often called 'direct payments') from their local authority, or those who choose to 'top up' their local authority funded care with their own money.
