CQC Quality Improvement Plan

We submitted a quality improvement plan to the CQC in January 2016.

As part of the plan, we highlighted the action we have already taken since our inspection last year and detailed the five workstreams for action.

They are:

• Making the London Ambulance Service a great place to work
• Achieving good governance
• Improving the patient experience
• Improving the environment and resources
• Taking pride and responsibility
