NHFT Quality Accounts Report 2016-17

As a leading provider of health and wellbeing services, safety and quality are at the foundation of everything we do. In this report, we explain our approach to our services and how we make a difference through quality care. We also share how we measure our performance and use our analysis of these measures to progress, continuously improve and deliver a positive experience for service users, their carers and families. 

As part of this continuous improvement, we built on our learnings and successes from 2015/16 and used this knowledge to define our priorities for this year. We also used our quality priorities to further our involvement strategy and develop our carer’s charter. From this year’s experiences and outcomes, as well as the feedback we received from patients, service users, families and carers, we set our future priorities for 2017/18.
