Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) was formed on 1 April 2024 following the merger of East Kent NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust and West Kent NHS and Social Care Trust. 

The Trust provides a wide range of services across Kent and Medway.

The main focus is on mental health services, but other services include forensic mental health, learning disability, substance misuse and a range of specialist services.

This single telephone number is available 24/7 if you need mental health advice, help and support in Kent and Medway. This number will help you to receive relevant advice and help you manage your mental health needs.


When calling the Single Point of Access (SPoA) we will ensure that you are passed through to the relevant clinical person for your area, either your local duty team or local Home Treatment Team. This will enable you to receive timely access to services to meet your current needs.
