Values into Action programme

We are committed to continually improving the way we do things to provide the highest quality of care and also provide a good working environment for our staff.

Through engaging with our staff and people who use our services we were told that it’s the little things that make all the difference to people who receive care.

We have now developed that feedback into five core values:

  1. We are welcoming and friendly
  2. We are caring and kind
  3. We value and respect
  4. We work together
  5. We go the extra mile

These Trust values will be at the heart of the care we offer, where we turn our Values into Action, allowing us to continue to make GMW a great place to work and receive care.

The Values into Action initiative has been focused entirely around the people who use our services and the people who provide it.

The five Trust values will have one outcome, and that is our patients and their families receiving the best possible experience when they use our services.
