We are the main provider of community health and care across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Every day our teams deliver essential medical, nursing and therapeutic care to over 8,000 adults, children and families.
We care for our patients in their own homes or in the hospitals, clinics and centres we run or work in. We also work closely with GPs and with other hospital trusts to ensure patients are cared for by the most appropriate service. If a patient needs a hospital stay, we help get them back into the community as soon as possible, when it is safe to do so.
