Pregnancy and baby

Your pregnancy to-do list

Stay organised throughout your pregnancy

You can use the check boxes below to help you keep track of things you need to do during your pregnancy, such as book your antental classes, make your birth plan, think about where you'd like to have your baby, and when to tell work that you're pregnant.

Save your to-do list

If you'd like to save your to-do list so that you can come back to it later and update it, you'll need to be logged in to the NHS Choices site. You can log in or create an account in the box below.

When you're logged in, you can also fill in and save your birth plan online, and print it out when you need it. The online birth plan highlights the things you might want to think about, such as where you'd like to give birth, your choices for pain relief, your feelings on intervention (for example, episiotomy) and your first moments with your baby.

You can also print out a blank birth plan form to fill in by hand and discuss with your midwife.

Log in or create a Choices account if you would like to save your complete to do’ list.

You can then come back and change it as many times as you want.

If you don’t want to log in, why not print the full list off and stick it on the fridge?
