The wake-up video workout is a beginner's class that combines cardio and strength exercises to energise your body and give you an early morning boost. It lasts 45 minutes.

You will need water, a towel and, if possible, an exercise mat.

These video fitness workouts have been created by InstructorLive and range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Please note that these videos are recorded sessions of previously live webcasts.
